Photobooth Competition

Thank you to all of those who entered our AutoFoto Photobooth Competition, in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the photobooth.

Photomonth are working with AutoFoto, to celebrate the 100th anniversary  of the photobooth, by running a PhotoBooth Competition. 

PhotoBooths:
Wonderland exhibition, Yorkton Workshops, 1-3 Yorkton Street, E2 8NH,  from 3rd -19th October.

The Photographers Gallery, 16-18  Ramillies Street, London W1F 7LW, from 9th October.

Whitechapel Gallery 77-82 Whitechapel High Street, E1 7QX, from 8th October.

You will be asked to make photographs using one of the 3 Photobooths.

Snap it, post it and tag @photomonthlondon and @autofoto.london. Please include the title of your work and your name.

Images will be judged by the PhotoMonth team  and prizes announced for the best submitted images, Saturday 25thOctober, 6.30/7.00 at PhotoMonth Hub, the Art Pavilion, Mile End Park, Clinton Road, London E3 4QY.

There are  5 categories;  

  1. Best sequence of four images.
  2. Best self-portrait.
  3. Best Picture.
  4. Best historical / imaginary figure (film, theatre or literature).

Rules.

  1. All images must be taken using one of the three dedicated photobooths listed above. 
  2. No post production (Photoshop etc.) or AI is allowed. You will be required to produce the original photobooth images if you are selected for a prize. 
  3. All images to be posted by 10.00 pm  Tuesday 21stof October – this is to give Photomonth time to select prize winners and invite participants to The Art Pavillion on Saturday 25th October 6.30 /7.00 pm.
